GENERAL NOTES

He ran unsuccessfully as the Republican Party endorsed candidate for the Minnesota House of Representatives in the 2006 election. His opponent, Ken Tschumper, defeated him by so few votes that an automatic recount occurred. The recount confirmed that Ken Tschumper had won, by 52 votes.
