The Legislative Reference Library is pleased to announce the appointment of our new director, Elizabeth Lincoln. Elizabeth has been a familiar face around the legislature, joining the library as a librarian in 1989. Since then, Elizabeth has held the positions of Senior Librarian, Head of Reference, Deputy Director and most recently, Acting Director. Receiving her Masters in Library and Information Studies at UW-Madison, she has experience in academic, public and special libraries. A native and resident of Minneapolis, Elizabeth enjoys biking and spending time with family and friends.
