    Note: We received reports from 1980-89 under M.S. 161.3211, but nothing since then. 2012 Minn. Laws Chap. 254 adds references to contracts with veteran-owned businesses. This program was suspended due to a lawsuit MNDOT stated. As of 2014 the program in effect and a report will be produced.
