Water in Minnesota
Here in the land of 10,000 lakes, water is often on our minds. We love to boat, fish and swim; we are concerned about the impact of pollution and invasive species on our lakes, rivers, and wildlife; a sustainable supply of water for our homes and industries is of utmost importance; floods and droughts are frequent visitors. Not surprisingly, the Legislative Library receives a constant flow of reports on all aspects of water in Minnesota. Here is a selection of recent reports:
