Text: May 4, 2020Dear Members and staff of the Legislature:In order to facilitate an orderly end to the 2020 legislative session and to maximize the functionality of the Revisor's office as well as our own staff, we are asking all chairs and leads on outstanding legislative issues to finalize all agreements by Saturday, May 9th at midnight. If agreement cannot be reached by that time, the issue will be considered at an impasse and further action during the 2020 regular legislative session may not occur. Please finalize all agreements as soon as possible so that they may be processed on the House and Senate floor and sent to the Governor in an orderly fashion.
