Saint Paul – The following is a statement from Governor Tim Pawlenty regarding the Minnesota Supreme Court’s decision to accelerate review of the Governor’s appeal of the Ramsey County District Court’s decision in the unallotment lawsuit.

“We are pleased with the Minnesota Supreme Court’s decision to expedite a decision on this very important matter. We remain confident that the unallotment actions were proper, appropriate and legal in every respect.”
