Governor Tim Pawlenty today announced the appointment of Lee-Ann Stephens to the Minnesota Board of Teaching. Stephens, of St. Louis Park, is an elementary school teacher at Cedar Manor Intermediate School in St. Louis Park, where she teaches sixth grade students.
