The State Capitol building is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The State Capitol will reopen on Saturdays starting February 26, 2022. Saturday hours will be from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The building remains locked on Sundays. Most Capitol complex cafeterias are currently closed. The Rathskeller (Capitol Café) is in the basement of the State Capitol Building and will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Fridays.
