GENERAL NOTES

While serving in the Marine Corps in World War II, he fought in the Battle of Iwo Jima and witnessed the famous flag raising on Mt. Suribachi.

While working for the FBI he worked in Tennessee, New York City, and Alaska.

He died at his home in Little Falls, Minnesota. His funeral was held on September 23, 2014 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Little Falls and he was buried in Calvary Cemetery in Little Falls.
