The 1937 Minnesota Legislative Manual and Toensing list his first name as Isidor. The 1937 Minnesota House Journal and the Minnesota Historical Society Death Certificate index list Isedor. The manuscript from the House Memorial Service lists Isadore.

He came to eastern Aitkin County, Minnesota in 1909 or 1910.

He was a member of the Aitkin Masonic Lodge.
