Statutory reference to this committee changed to "Health Technology Advisory Committee" (1993 Minn. Laws Chap. 345 Art 4).
Membership: May include members of the Health Care Commission; must include 1 physician representative, 1 hospital representative, and 1 health care technology industry representative.
