Housing Trust Fund Advisory Committee

Function:

Advises and assists the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency in providing loans and grants from the housing trust fund account.

In 1994, the Committee changed its name to the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Task Force.  The Task Force was set to expire on September 1, 2000 [Subd. 4 Repealed, 1Sp2001 c 4 art 5 s 10].

Membership:

8 members (representing interests of realtors, lenders, nonprofit developers, apartment owner, low income persons, housing advocates, advocates for the homeless, and single or multi-family builders); appointed by Housing Finance Agency; no compensation.
