Note: The statute mandating this report expired under its former Subd. 3: "Subd. 3. Sunset. This section expires February 2, 2020." In the 2019 report to the legislature on the status of child care required under Minnesota Statutes, section 245A.153, the commissioner shall include additional information on federal and state requirements, guidelines and administrative reforms. See record for 2018 Laws, Chap. 200, Sec. 10 2019 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 9 Art. 2 Sec. 128 mandated that this report include results from a new process for reviewing licensing inspection results by county in order to identify trends in correction order enforcement. The development and implementation of that process is due to be completed by January 1, 2020.
