Description:	The Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board must conduct a review of all the available teacher of special education licenses and determine the options for cross-categorical licenses for teachers of special education. The board must report its findings and draft legislation, if needed, to the legislative committees having jurisdiction over kindergarten through grade 12 education.
