    Note: Minn. Stat. 62W.06 sets the annual deadline for reporting as June 1. In 2020, however, under emergency COVID-19 authority, Minn. Dept. of Commerce extended the deadline to October 1, 2020, in Regulatory Guidance 20-28 issued May 18, 2020 utilizing authority granted to the agency by the Legislature under 2020 Minn. Laws Chap. 71, Art. 2, Sec. 12). From 2020 report: "Minn. Stat. § 62W.06 sets the annual deadline for reporting as June 1. Last year, the reporting deadline was extended to October 1, due to extenuating circumstances related to COVID-19.
