Note: "The task force shall periodically provide recommendations ... " The task force shall be established by July 1, 2020. The Resident Quality of Care and Outcomes Improvement Task Force expired July 1, 2022, per Minn. Stat. 15.059 (when a task force has no expiration date specified, the task force shall expire two years after the effective date of the act creating the advisory task force). The task force had not published recommendations under this mandate when it expired. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 1 Secs. 18 and 19 include changes to the Home Care Advisory Council, broadening the Council to include Assisted Living and adopting some aspects of the Resident Quality of Care and Outcomes Improvement Task Force.
