    Note: According to Barbara O'Sullivan, the APR was completed in 2010 but had to respond to additional info so report not finalized in usual time frame, they decided it was more timely to publish 2011 instead. She's at 651.582.8422 for questions. The council's expiration date was changed to June 30, 2014 by 2009 Minn. Laws Chap. 96 Art. 3 Sec. 13. The council's expiration was eliminated by 2013 Minn. Law Chap. 116 Art. 5 Sec. 9. In recent years they have submitted the Part C Annual Performance Report instead of the other report.
