Mandate Details

Description:	Report containing information provided by manufacturers of insulin, including the number of Minnesota residents who accessed and received insulin on an urgent-need basis in the preceding calendar year; the number of Minnesota residents participating in the manufacturer's patient assistance program in the preceding calendar year (and the number deemed ineligible); and the value of the insulin provided by the manufacturer. The report shall also include any administrative penalties assessed, including the name of the manufacturer and amount of the penalty.
