The Office of Higher Education and the Minn. Department of Education, in consultation with stakeholders, including students and parents, must determine what student demographics and outcomes data are appropriate to include in the evaluation, and will minimize the reporting burden on postsecondary institutions.
According to the Minn. Department of Education, the Office of Higher Education fulfills this mandate in the "Statewide Concurrent Enrollment Evaluation" appendix to its "Concurrent Enrollment Grant Program" report, which itself is mandated by 2021 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 2 Art. 2 Sec. 35 Subd. 3 (Minn. Stat. 136A.91).
According to the Minn. Office of Higher Education, this report is delayed due to turnover, and the next date of publication is expected in late July 2024 or August 2024.
