Report on grants to providers of day training and habilitation, day support services, prevocational services, structured day services, employment exploration services, employment development services, and employment support services who have implemented or intend to implement COVID-19-related public health measures that facilitate social distancing practices. The report must include total funds granted, uses of the funds, outcomes measured, people impacted, and other measures determined by the Minn. Dept. of Human Services.

The Minn. Dept. of Human Services shall develop a reporting process for public health grants under this section. Each provider receiving funds under this section shall report to the Minn. Dept. of Human Services by March 1, 2021, with a description of how the funds were utilized.
