Description:	Homelessness mitigation plan for individuals released from prison, including, at a minimum: (1) redesigning business practices and policies to boost efforts to prevent homelessness for all persons released from prison; (2) increasing interagency and intergovernmental collaboration between state and local governmental units to identify and leverage shared resources; and (3) developing internal metrics for the Minn. Dept. of Corrections to report on its progress towards implementing the plan and achieving the plan's goals.
