2021 Minn. Laws Chap. 30 Art. 1 Sec. 1 (Minn. Stat. 256.01 Subd. 42) sets new expiration dates for some Minn. Dept. of Human Services report mandates, based on three criteria: date of enactment, mandated frequency of report, and whether the mandate requires a final report. The new expiration dates vary depending on those factors.
2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 10 Sec. 2 amended due dates of this report to January 15 of each year (changed from February 15 of each year).
This report mandate does not expire, the provisions in Subd. 42(c) notwithstanding.
