Note: Due date imputed. Report by independent entity or person is due to the Minn. Dept. of Commerce at least once during the term of a program that is approved or renewed. The Minn. Dept. of Commerce must then transmit the report to the Legislature. As of October 2023, this is the status of this mandated report: the Minn. Dept. of Commerce has contracted with a nonprofit organization to implement Minnesota Efficient Technology Accelerator, starting January 1, 2023, with a term of a five years on the contract. The Minn. Dept. of Commerce currently has an active RFP to solicit an independent evaluator. The Minn. Dept. of Commerce expects the evaluator to be selected and under contract by late spring 2024. The independent evaluator's full report is due at the end of the five year term. So, the report would be finalized and transmitted to the relevant parties upon completion of nonprofit organization's contract and finalization of the report (i.e. early/mid 2028.)
