Mandate Details

Description: Findings and recommendations, from a study by the Center for Sustainable Building Research, of the feasibility, economic costs, and environmental benefits of: (1) requiring that bids for construction or major renovation of state buildings include supply-chain specific type III environmental product declarations; and (2) considering such information when awarding contracts. The study must examine and evaluate similar programs adopted in other states.
