Mandate Details

Description: Plan to establish a one-stop regional assistance network of individuals who have experience or expertise starting a licensed family child care or group family child care program, or a child care center; or who have technical expertise regarding state licensing statutes and procedures; that includes: (1) an estimated timeline for implementing the assistance network through the child care resource and referral system; (2) an estimated budget for the assistance network; (3) a strategy to raise awareness and distribute the network's contact information statewide to licensed family child care providers and group family child care providers, and to child care centers; and (4) any legislative proposals necessary to implement the assistance network.
