Note:	The state licensors' reports to the Minn. Dept. of Employment and Economic Development are due by January 15 of each year and must include: (1) the number of individuals who applied for a professional or occupational license, registration, or certificate from the licensor; (2) the number of individuals described in clause (1) who were found to be ineligible due to a criminal record or conviction; (3) the number of individuals who submitted a preliminary application under this section; and (4) the number of individuals described in clause (3) who were found to be ineligible due to a criminal record or conviction.
