Description:	Report on activities funded by appropriations for college-admission and college-graduation programs for low-income students through an intensive curriculum of coaching and support at high school and postsecondary levels, including: information about the work of College Possible Minnesota throughout the state; the number of College Possible coaches hired; the number of existing partner high schools; the geographic distribution of participants; the number of high school and college students specifically supported by the appropriations funds; the percentages of students who applied to college, were admitted into college, and enrolled in college from the previous program year; the number of college graduates supported by the appropriation funding in the previous program year; and a list of all communities and partner institutions benefiting from coaching and support through College Possible programming.
