Report that aggregates information reported to the Minn. Dept. of Commerce by community solar gardens, including: amount of energy produced; financial data, including a balance sheet, income statement, and a sources and uses of funds statement; a list of the individuals who own and manage the subscriber organization; and the community solar garden's capacity allocated to relevant subscriber categories, including but not limited to LMI subscribers, other residential subscribers, affordable housing providers, public interest subscribers (by type), small subscriptions of up to 25 kilowatts, and other subscribers (by type).
