Mandate Details

Description: Report evaluating operations and sustainability of deputy registrars and driver's license agents that: 1) evaluates services they provide; (2) evaluates and makes recommendations on how to sustain them financially; (3) details the amount of financial assistance needed to sustain them; (4) explains each considered model of financial assistance or support; (5) evaluates the impact on them if expanded online services are offered by the Division of Driver and Vehicle Services; (6) details a five-, ten-, and 20-year analysis of their role; and (7) evaluates and make recommendations on the concept of the Division of Driver and Vehicle Services assuming all of the services provided by deputy registrars and driver's license agents or the services provided by private deputy registrars and private driver's license agents
