Description:	Report that identifies a schedule of planned completion dates, projected budget amounts, and baseline metrics and other performance indicators against which progress will be measured for these projects: transforming service delivery; integrated services for children and families; Medicaid Management Information System modernization; a provider licensing and reporting hub; and improving the Minnesota Eligibility Technology System functionality.
