Notification is due by January 15 of the year in which the new edition will become effective, but only if the Minn. Dept. of Health has plans to update that edition of the "Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospitals"
Following notice from the Minn. Dept. of Health, the new edition shall become effective for hospitals beginning August 1 of that year, unless otherwise provided in law.
