    Description: Proposed legislation necessary to implement the transition the following mental health services from certification (under Minn. Dept. of Human Services and medical assistance for needy persons laws) to licensure (under human services licensing law): (1) certified community behavioral health clinics; (2) adult rehabilitative mental health services; (3) mobile mental health crisis response services; (4) children's therapeutic services and supports; and (5) community mental health centers.
