Note:	Any request for extension or cancellation must be made in writing to the governor. Upon approval from the governor, the transfer may be delayed or canceled. Within ten days after receiving the approval of the governor, the commissioner who requested the transfer shall submit to the chairs and ranking minority members of relevant legislative committees and divisions a notice of any extensions or cancellations granted.
