Mandate Details

Description: Report on work related to establishing the Minn. Dept. of Children, Youth, and Families, including: (1) transfer of programs, responsibilities, and personnel; (2) interagency agreements for services; (3) efforts to get federal approvals; (4) engagement with state agencies, county and Tribal governments, and school districts; (5) input from individuals impacted, and from providers and stakeholders on improving services; and (6) plans and timelines related to the above; as well as recommendations for how to coordinate and partner with county and Tribal governments, such as through the use of a governing authority; and input from stakeholders and recommendations for improving service coordination and delivery for families with children who have disabilities.
