    Note: This mandate was changed by 2014 Minn. Laws Chap. 272 Art. 3 Sec. 9. Minn. Stat. 120B.35 Subd. 4, as created in 2001 Minn. Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 6 Art. 2 Sec. 5 Subd. 4, mandated a one-time report due February 15, 2002. As amended by 2009 Minn. Laws Chap. 96 Art. 2 Sec. 12 Subd. 4, the mandate was changed to an annual report due each year on June 20.
