    Note: Initial reports were to be done in October 2011, with subsequent information to be included in each utility's Integrated Resource Plan filed with the PUC. 2023 Minn. Laws Chap. 7 Sec. 8 amended this mandate, deleting the requirement for an initial report in 2011, and extending the expiration for the reporting obligation on an electric utility from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2040.
