    Note: As of December 2023, the following counties have been reported as not currently having adult pretrial diversion programs to report on: Brown County, Cass County, Chippewa County, Clearwater County, Dodge County, Hubbard County, Itasca County, McLeod County, Meeker County, Mille Lacs County, Red Lake County, Renville County, Sibley County, Stevens County, Wadena County, Wilkin County. 2000 Session Laws Chap. 299 Sec. 6 change the reporting requirements from Corrections to the State Court Admin. Now received individually from county attorneys.
