    Note: Due date changed by 2002 Minn. Laws Chap. 393 Sec. 73 from October 15 in odd-numbered years to February 1 of even-numbered years. Mandate amended by 2017 Minn. Laws. Spl. Sess. 1 Chap. 8 Art. 2 Sec. 15, adding the Minnesota Department of Health as an agency in conjunction with which the Public Facilities Authority shall prepare the report; and adding drinking water to wastewater in the scope of the report. Public Facilities Authority views this mandate as having been superseded and included in a subsequent mandate: 2018 Minn. Laws Chap. 214 Art. 2 Sec. 13 (Minn. Stat. 446A.076), under the title "Estimated Funding Needs Report"
