As of the Department of Commerce's most recent review in September 2018, "there are no revisions to the plan at this time that would necessitate a new plan being sent up to the Legislative Reference Library."
As of October 2023, according to the Minn. Dept. of Commerce: The Minnesota Energy Emergency Plan is currently being updated in the Minn. Dept. of Commerce's Division of Energy Resources. "The goal is to have report/plan done and available by winter."
