    Description: The commissioner shall conduct data matching for medical assistance and MinnesotaCare recipients and report on the number of recipients identified as possibly ineligible as a result of a periodic data match, and the number of recipients whose eligibility was terminated as a result of a periodic data match

Laws 1st Spl. Sess. Chap. 7 Art. 1 Sec. 35. 2022 Minn. Laws Chap. 98 Art. 14 Sec. 20 amended this law to set an expiration date for the report mandate of January 1, 2027.
