Description:	Activity and expenditure report, including: (1) number of employees in each operational division and descriptions of the work of each employee; (2) responsibilities of each operational division; (3) sources of all revenue; (4) how much of each budgetary division appropriation passes through as grants, as well as the costs related to each grant program; (5) a detailed description of the costs related to each budgetary division, and the statutory authority under which those costs are allocated; and (6) statutory authority for all expenditures.
