Emergency Management
In the winter it's snow, sleet, bitter cold, and icy roads. In the summer it's thunderstorms, heavy rain, floods, and tornadoes. Spring and fall can bring
us any (or all) of the above. Whatever the weather brings, Minnesota state agencies have a plan for it.
The Legislative Library's collection includes reports from state agencies and other entities concerning emergency management, planning, and policy. Topics
