Line Item: Sec. 3. Appropriation; Research and Development Program. $250,000 for the program authorized pursuant to sections 1 and 2 of this article.
Line Item: Section 15. Deficiency Appropriation; Summer School. $685,000 from the general fund to the department of education for the fiscal year ending July 30, 1980, for the payment of a deficiency in funds available for state aid for summer school. This amount is for 1979 summer school programs and shall be added to the sum appropriated for fiscal year 1980 for summer school aid in Laws 1979, Chapter 334, Article 1 Section 28, Subdivision 3.
Line Item: Section 9. Appropriation; Transportation Study; Computerized Bus Routing. $150,000 for the purposes of section 6 of this article.
